It is important to complete the payment within 5 hours to validate your ticket. You have several payment options:

  • Located in Garcilaso or Maruri streets in Cusco.

  • Opening hours: 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.
  1. Cusco's Department of Culture:
  • Location: Calle Maruri #340, Cusco, in the "Palacio Inka del Kusikancha".
  • Description: The office is known as the "Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cusco".
  • Hours of operation: 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please note: It is likely that you will not find ticket availability for the date you choose until you personally arrive in Cusco and go to one of the offices mentioned. For this reason, this method is not advised for those looking to secure their tickets in advance.

The process for obtaining tickets to Machu Picchu involves making a reservation on the official Joinnus website (Tu Boleto Cultural).

To purchase your tickets to Machu Picchu easily, follow these steps on the website tuboleto.cultura.pe:

1. Choose "Llacta inca de Machupicchu" as your destination.

2. Select the rate that best suits your preferences.

3. Choose the route you want to take, there are five options available.

Machu Picchu Llaqta (Circuit 1, 2, 3, or 4), Circuit 4 + Waynapicchu, Machupicchu Mountain + Circuit 3, Circuit 4 +Huchuypicchu, Circuit 1 or 2 + Inka Bridge.

4. Choose the date of your visit; currently, tickets are available until December 31, 2024.

5. Select your entrance time. Please note that some dates may be sold out.

6. Indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Remember that there is a maximum of 5 seats per reservation.
