1. Bookings and Payments

- It is the client’s responsibility to verify all provided information before completing the payment.
2. Changes and Cancellations
- Change and cancellation policies vary depending on the type of tour booked (refundable or non-refundable).
- All requests must be submitted in writing through our official communication channels.
- Payment processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Client Responsibility
- Clients must have valid travel documentation (passport, permits, etc.).
- Treppid Travels is not responsible for delays, losses, or issues caused by third parties or external factors (e.g., weather conditions, strikes, train delays).
4. Service Modifications
Treppid Travels reserves the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or suppliers due to operational reasons or force majeure. In such cases, an equivalent or superior alternative will always be offered.
By completing a reservation, the client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
